Internet Strategies

The Internet is a network of networks, and by its nature is the result of a cooperative effort of all participants.
This statement can be applied to at least two different levels of meaning:

1. At a very basic technical level, any inter network depends on every connected network cooperating with every other network.

2. At a content level, from the start there has been a feeling that people who use the Internet, particularly for gathering information, should also give back something by sharing information when they have something of interest to others.
